The 4 Star Regional Industrial Park is served by a Northern Telecom DMS RSC from the Sebree Central Office. It is hosted from the Madisonville DMS 100/200 via 25 miles of fiber cable.  The Park has 36 strands of fiber running in front of it along U.S. 41 which will meet the needs of business and industry locating there.


Locally-based Kenergy provides electric service to 4-Star. As the nation’s largest electric cooperative, Kenergy and its generation partner, Big Rivers Electric Corp., have the experience and capacity to meet your electric needs. Nationally recognized as a leader in providing low-cost and reliable electricity, Kenergy provides three-phase 25,000-volt distribution lines and 69,000-volt transmission lines at the park. Additionally, Big Rivers operates a nearly 800 MW power plant across US 41 from 4-Star.

Natural Gas

4 Star Park is served by 20-inch lines along U.S. Highway 41 which is provided by Texas Gas Transmission Company and Western Kentucky Gas Company.  Western Kentucky Gas Company serves more than 180,000 households and businesses throughout western and rural Kentucky.


Water and Wastewater

4 Star Park is served by an 18" water main from Henderson Water Utility's 4 million gallon per day South Water Treatment Plant to a 1 million gallon water storage tank located within the park. Distribution mains within the park are 12" and 8".
