Bluegrass State Skills Corporation (BSSC)
BSSC's basic purpose is to improve and promote employment opportunities for residents of the Commonwealth through training grants which create partnerships with business and industry.  Through the grant reimbursement program, 50% of an employer's eligible costs are covered for training Kentucky residents in job skills ranging from entry level to advanced; including pre-employment training for prospective employees and retraining, occupational upgrade and skills upgrade of existing employees.

KYWINS
KY WINS is a workforce training incentive program administered by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.  The goal of the KY WINS initiative is to provide high-level transferable technical skills training to existing and new industries and businesses that are creating high paying jobs for Kentucky's citizens.  The program can provide up to 75% of the costs for training, assessing, and profiling services.
